Trump wants a new Camp David retreat at his posh Florida golf club

President Donald Trump wants a new retreat at his Florida golf club, according to the source material. The proposal would add a Florida location to the presidential retreat landscape alongside Camp David in Thurmont, Maryland.

A Florida counterpart to Camp David

Camp David is identified as the existing retreat in Maryland. The source does not provide details about the proposed Florida facility, including its design, cost, timeline or intended use.

The reported plan would connect Trump’s Florida golf club with the role traditionally associated with Camp David: a setting used by the president away from the White House. No further information is provided about whether the proposed retreat would replace, supplement or operate differently from Camp David.
